Psalm 119

Known as one of the greatest Psalms ever written, we are taking the entire summer to unpack each line of the longest most intriguing pieces of scripture in our bible. This psalm has themes of joy, purity, holiness, anger, disappointment and trusting in God. More than anything else, this psalm describes the absolute necessity for the believer to live a life clinging to the word and law of the Lord. Life is a journey and without God and without the scripture’s life becomes complicated, challenging and the psalmist helps us see why we need God and the law more than ever before.
